I started off 15mins running/sprinting, i was already pretty sweaty by then. Then we did our traditional routine-burpies, high jumps, ball-pushups & situps. Then we went down to lift weights, Did weight squats, i could only do 15lbs :S, I use to do 25! LOL, did benchpress, arms, abs and then i went back up to sprint for 10 more minutes.
